Online bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Reservations within 48 hours and reservations for 5 peoples or more we will be accepted directly by email “usurf.808@gmail.com” or phone (808) 206-0024 .
【Payment】
- We take all major credit cards.
VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DISCOVER ,JCB - All online bookings for lessons require advance payment, which you’ll be able to pay with a credit card to complete your online booking.
【Eligible participant】
- Over 8 years old (Must be able to swim)*If you have the following conditions below. U-Surf will not HOLD ANY LESSONS)
- Private Lesson is accepted All age
- High blood pressure, Stoke, Heart attack, Panic attack, Hard to move, have had surgery (etc..Knee, Shoulder, Back, Neck or any kinds of surgery)
- Intoxicated by alcohol or drugs of any kind
- Weight 200lbs or more (Please contact us)
【Attention】
- Surfing will not be cancelled even if it rains. There will be cancellations only when there is a hurricane, or strong winds that may be dangerous. If this occurs, we will refund you the full amount.
- In any given time your lesson may be cut short or canceled due to Hazardous conditions. (Saftey First!!)
- Since it is at the beach, there are no lockers. Everything will be left at the beach so please do not bring any valuables.
【Cancel & Refunds】
- You may cancel your lesson up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled date/time in order to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be given and you will be charged in full if you cancel with less than 48 hours before your scheduled lesson or surf tour.
- Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your lesson. There is no charge or “change fee” to reschedule your lesson as long as your rescheduling is done with at least 48 hours advance notice.
